 Supplement over the applicable rates: 25% applies to Christmas, New Year and Jazz Festival periods. 30% applies to Osheaga Music Festival and Grand Prix  periods.
 Please note that a minimum stay of 4 nights is required during the Grand Prix of Montreal and Osheaga Music Festival
 Sale taxes GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) as well as tourism tax (3.5%) are 
						applicable on rentals of less than 30 days. Additional persons will be 
						charged at C$50 per night. Extra folding bed is available at C$20 per 
						night.
